- 1 jar olives medium large
- 1 11/16 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 11/16 tablespoons vin santo may substitute with a sweet dessert wine
- orange juice
- orange zest untreated
Directions

1Rinse the olives well to completely remove the brine.

2Mix the oil in a bowl with the vin santo and the juice of 1/2 orange.

3Add the mixture to the olives and garnish with the orange zest.

4Place the olives in an airtight container.

5Refrigerate for at least 24 hours, occasionally shaking the container.
