  • 1 jar olives medium large
  • 1 11/16 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 11/16 tablespoons vin santo may substitute with a sweet dessert wine
  • orange juice
  • orange zest untreated

Directions

    Rinse the olives well to completely remove the brine.

    Mix the oil in a bowl with the vin santo and the juice of 1/2 orange.

    Add the mixture to the olives and garnish with the orange zest.

    Place the olives in an airtight container.

    Refrigerate for at least 24 hours, occasionally shaking the container.
