- 1/2 lb. fresh baby carrots
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1/3 c. light brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Steam carrots; drain.

2Over low heat, melt butter and stir in flour.

3Add orange juice, light brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Stir constantly until smooth and slightly thickened.

4Stir in vanilla.

5Mix glaze and carrots.
