Orange Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • fully cooked, sliced ham, reassembled (8 to 10 lb.)
  • 1 c. orange marmalade
  • 1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard

Directions

    Bake ham for 1 hour at 325°.

    Mix ingredients in a small bowl. Pour 1/3 of mixture over top of ham.

    Cover ham with foil tent. Bake 1 hour.

    Remove foil.

    Spread more glaze over ham and bake for 15 minutes.

    Serve with remaining warm sauce on the side. Serves 32 to 40.
