  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 12 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons orange rind
  • 13 cup orange juice, plus
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 13 cup currants
  • 14 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 14 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Combine brown rice and wild rice in a large serving bowl.
