- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate (undiluted)
- 1 c. honey
- 1 c. strong black coffee
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Combine concentrate, honey and coffee.

2Beat eggs until light; add oil and sugar gradually.

3Beat. Sift dry ingredients together. Add egg mixture alternately with orange mixture.

4Mix until smooth.

5Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.

6Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until done.

7Cool, remove from pans.

8Makes 2 loaf cakes.

9Best if let set for 2 days before serving.
