  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cups Sugar Or Splenda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 10 cubes Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 whole Banana (Optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax Seed (optional)
