- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 12 Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
Directions

1Add boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min.

2until completely dissolved.

3Cool slightly.

4Gradually add orange juice and jelly powder to ice cream in large bowl, beating with mixer after each addition until blended.

5Insert wooden pop stick into centre of each marshmallow.

6Place, marshmallow-end down, in each of 12 (5-oz.)

7paper or plastic cups.

8Spoon about 1 Tbsp.

9jelly mixture into each cup; freeze 30 min.

10or until slightly firm.

11Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining jelly mixture until ready to use.

12Pour remaining jelly mixture into cups; freeze 4 hours or until firm.
