  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 pt. orange sherbet (room temperature)
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip (room temperature)
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O and marshmallows in boiling water.

    Stir until all marshmallows dissolve.

    Stir Cool Whip and sherbet to soften. Add to Jell-O mixture.

    Mix well.

    Mold and refrigerate until firmly set.
