Orange Molded Jello

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
  • 1 pt. orange sherbet
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries (optional)

Directions

    Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.

    Add sherbet and mix well.

    Add mandarin oranges and cherries.

    Fold in heavy cream mixture.

    Pour into oiled jello mold.

    Chill overnight.

    (You can also mix jello flavors, sherbet and fruits.)
