  • 1/2 c. plus 2 tsp. low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 lb. 2 oz. chicken parts, skinned
  • 1 1/2 oz. cornflake crumbs
  • 2 tsp. sesame seed

    Pour buttermilk into shallow bowl; add chicken and turn to coat.

    On paper plate combine cornflake crumbs and sesame seed.
