Ingredients: 2 c. flour; 1 c. sugar; 1 tsp. baking powder; 1 tsp. soda; 1 tsp. cinnamon; 1/4 tsp. nutmeg; 1 c. milk; 1/2 c. oil; 1/2 c. orange juice; 2 Tbsp. grated orange rind; 1 egg; 1 c. brown sugar; 1/4 c. margarine; 1 c. coconut; 1 c. chopped nuts

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg into mixing bowl.

Add milk, oil, orange juice, grated orange rind and 1 egg.

Beat at medium speed, just until mixed. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan or two 8-inch round pie pans.
