  • 1 box cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 11 oz. mandarin oranges and juice
  • 1 box dry instant vanilla pudding
  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
  • 4 c. whipped topping

Directions

    Mix together cake mix, eggs and oil.

    Add mandarin oranges and juice.

    Pour into sprayed cake pan.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes, or until done.

    Allow to cool before frosting.
