  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. orange segments

    Melt butter and add all ingredients except orange segments. Stir until smooth.
