- 500 ml Orange juice (100% concentrate)
- 25 grams Sugar
- 80 ml Heavy cream

1Prepare the ingredients: Orange juice, sugar, and heavy cream.

2Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until the sugar dissolves.

3Pour into a plastic freezer bag.

4Be sure to seal it tightly.

5Chill in the freezer for about 3 hours.

6Don't let it get too hard.

7In large chunks, transfer the mixture to a food processor.

8Blend until smooth (if you are using a hand mixer, it's best to mix it while it's still half frozen).

9Transfer to a container and store in the freezer or serve it up to enjoy a smooth and silky texture.
