Orange Tapioca Pudding

  • 1 large can pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained well
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained well
  • 1 small tapioca pudding (not instant)
  • 1 small vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 1 small orange Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix puddings, Jell-O, orange juice and water.

    Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.

    Cool completely.

    Then add Cool Whip and fruit.
