Orange-Tapioca Salad

  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 3 c. juice and water (juice from drained fruit)
  • 2 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
  • 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix juice and water with tapioca and jello.

    Cook until thick. Cool; add pineapple, oranges and Cool Whip.
