- 7 oranges
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. orange liqueur
- 1 c. walnuts
- juice of 1 orange
Directions

1Boil the zest from one orange (zest is the peel without the bitter white portion) for 5 minutes.

2Drain and dry.

3Melt butter. Add sugar and liqueur.

4When sugar is dissolved, add the orange zest and the juice.

5Simmer until medium thickness.

6Peel and slice remaining oranges 1/3-inch thick.

7Place overlapped oranges on a serving platter.

8Sprinkle walnuts over top.

9Pour sauce over the orange slices and serve.
