- 2 pkg. Welsh Rarebit, thawed (Stouffer's brand)
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can Durkee French fried onions
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Grease 2-quart casserole dish.

2Cook spinach and drain well. Mix with 2/3 Welsh Rarebit and add water chestnuts and 1/2 can fried onions.

3Place in dish, crumble bacon on top and spread rest of Welsh Rarebit to cover.

4Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

5Sprinkle rest of can of fried onions on top and bake for 5 additional minutes.

6Serves 6 to 8.
