- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 pork chops
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 14 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper
Directions

1In a large skillet heat the olive oil and brown the pork chops on both sides.

2Add the onions and apples to the skillet and cook on med until soft.

3Add the maple syrup and cider vinegar and simmer for 10 mins or until chops are tender.

4Season with salt and pepper.

5Add the cream, heat through and serve.
