- 2 slices bacon
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 pt. fresh clams with liquid or 2 (7 oz. each) cans minced or whole clams
- 2 c. diced raw potatoes
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute bacon and onion in large kettle.

2Drain seafood; add liquid, potatoes and water to onion and bacon.

3Cook until potatoes are tender, 10 minutes.

4Just before serving, add seafood, milk, salt and pepper.

5Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

6Serve immediately.
