Oreo Cake

Directions

   Crush Oreos and place in an 11 x 9-inch pan.

   Save some cookie crumbs for garnish.

   In one bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.

   Add 1 container Cool Whip.

   Pour over cookies.

   In second bowl, mix pudding and milk.

   Pour over cream cheese mixture. Spread second container Cool Whip on chocolate mixture.

   Sprinkle with Oreos.

   Chill.
