  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick margarine (at room temperature)
  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Directions

    Cream together cream cheese, margarine and confectioners sugar; set aside.

    Mix in large bowl until thick, 3 cups milk, pudding mixes and vanilla.

    Mix both mixtures together with Cool Whip. Crumble 1/2 of cookies in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour mixture over cookies.

    Crumble other 1/2 of cookies over this and refrigerate for 2 hours.
