   Mix 3/4 of the cookies with the margarine (melted).

   Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Mix 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese.

   Spread on cookie mixture.

   Mix pudding and milk. Pour

   add Cool Whip.
