- 1 (15 oz.) bag Oreo cookies
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Directions

1Crush cookies and sprinkle in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. (Leave about 8 cookies for top.)

2Melt butter and pour over cookies; mix.

3Let stand in refrigerator for one hour.

4Mix cream cheese, 1/2 container Cool Whip and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over cookies and refrigerate another hour.

5Make pudding and pour over cream cheese layer.

6Refrigerate another hour. Spread Cool Whip on top; sprinkle with leftover crushed cookies. Refrigerate or freeze at least 1 hour before serving.
