- 30 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectionary sugar
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix cookies and margarine together.

2Save some for topping and put remainder in a 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate.

3Beat cream cheese and confectionary sugar and add 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Pour over crust and refrigerate again.

4Mix instant pudding and milk together and beat for 2 minutes.

5Spread over cream cheese mixture.

6Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with cookie crumbs.

7Refrigerate.
