Oreo Cookie Delight

Directions

   Melt butter.

   Set aside 1/2 cup of crushed Oreos.

   Combine remaining Oreos with melted butter.

   Press this mixture along bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan for layer one.

   Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 3/4 of the Cool Whip.

   (Save remaining 1/4 of Cool Whip for later.)

   Spread this mixture for layer two. Mix together pudding mix and milk with mixer until stiff.

   Spread for layer 3. Spread remainder of Cool Whip for layer 4. Top with remainder of Oreo crumbs for layer 5. Refrigerate; better if chilled overnight.
