   Crush Oreos into crumbs.

   Melt butter and stir into crumbs. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.

   Mix well.

   Fold in 1/2 of Cool Whip.

   Spread over crust and chill 20 minutes.

   Prepare pudding with milk and spread over cream cheese mixture.

   Chill.

   Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding and chill at least 2 hours.
