  • 1 large bag Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Directions

    Put cookies in plastic bag and crush.

    Mix together with electric mixer the butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip.

    In separate bowl, mix together the milk and pudding.

    Now, mix these two together.
