Directions

   Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Crush 25 cookies.

   Spread over butter.

   Mix 2 cups Cool Whip, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and cream cheese.

   Spread over cookies.

   Mix chocolate and vanilla pudding with 3 cups milk until thick.

   Spread over cream cheese layer.

   Spread rest of Cool Whip over pudding layer.

   Crush last 3 cookies and spread on top.

    Refrigerate 1 hour.
