  • 1 extra large Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 large instant chocolate pudding

    Mix cookies and margarine; press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and sugar; spread over cookies.

    Mix chocolate pudding according to directions on box.

    Spread over top of cookies and Cool Whip.
