- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 3 large carrots, sliced
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Put raw ground chuck in the bottom of a large baking dish. Arrange a layer of sliced potatoes on top of meat, then a layer of carrots.

2Top with layer of potatoes.

3Pour soup mixed with milk over all.

4Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes.
