  • 125g unsalted butter
  • 125g OREO* Original Cookies , roughly crushed
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup cornflakes
  • 100g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
  • 30g copha, chopped

Directions

    Place the butter in large bowl, melt in microwave on HIGH 1 minute, stir in crushed biscuits, coconut and cornflakes, and press into lined 20cm square cake tin.

    Melt chocolate and copha in a microwave, stirring often.

    Spread over Oreo* mix.

    Refrigerate until firm.
  5. 5
    Cut into 20 pieces and serve.
