- 6 5/8 tablespoons brown sugar or sugar
- 4 medium eggs
- 1 15/16 cups mascarpone
- 6 3/4 tablespoons milk
- 1 vanilla pod
- Oreo cookies
Directions

1In a bowl, mix the sugar with the 4 egg yolks.

2Add the mascarpone and mix well.

3Beat the egg whites on maximum speed.

4Add the sugar mixture and mix again.

5In a bowl, mix the milk with the vanilla.

6Dip the oreo cookies in the vanilla milk and crush 2 cookies into each serving glass.

7Pour a little mascarpone cream into each glass on top of the oreos.

8Dip 1 oreo in the milk and crumble on top of the mascarpone.

9Cover with the remaining mascarpone cream.

10Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

11When serving, garnish with some crushed oreos.
