- 1 Reynolds oven bag (turkey size; 19 x 23 1/2-inches)
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 8 to 10 lb. fully cooked ham half (bone-in)
- whole cloves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Shake flour in Reynolds oven bag.

3Place in large roasting pan at least 2-inches deep.

4Trim skin and fat from ham, leaving a thin layer of fat.

5Score surface of ham in diamond pattern and insert cloves.

6Place ham in bag.

7Close bag with nylon tie.

8Cut 6 (1/2-inch) slits in top.

9Insert meat thermometer through slit in bag into thickest part of ham, not touching bone.

10Bake until thermometer reads 140° (2 to 2 1/2 hours).

11Let stand in bag 15 minutes.

12Makes 10 to 12 servings.
