Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak (boneless)
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 c. dry sherry wine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Directions

1Slightly freeze sirloin steak to make slicing easier.

2Trim all fat from beef.

3Against the grain of the meat, thinly slice the beef into 1-inch strips.

4Size does not have to be exact.

5Mix together all ingredients except beef to make marinade.

6Place sliced beef into deep bowl and cover with marinade.

7Cover tightly with aluminum foil and refrigerate at least 1 1/2 hours.

8May be refrigerated up to 8 hours.
