- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 medium cabbage head, chopped
- 1 green pepper
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 carrots
- 1 large onion
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Cut green pepper into strips.

2Chop celery and carrots thin and slanted.

3Slice onions into rings.

4Melt butter and add vegetables in large skillet.

5Cover and cook 10 minutes or until vegetables are as tender as you like.

6Stir in milk and heat thoroughly.

7Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
