Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon chinese chile paste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger Finely chopped
  • 2 scallions finely chopped
  • 8 ounces angel hair pasta Fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons roasted sesame oil Dark

Directions

    Put a large pot of water on to boil. Combine all ingredients, except pasta and sesame oil, in a small bowl and mix well; set aside.

    Cook the pasta in boiling water for about 1 1/2 minutes, or until tender but still firm to the bite (or al dente). Drain the pasta well and then toss with the sesame oil. Add the sauce and again toss well.
