  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. chopped scallions
  • 1 bag cooked Success Boil-in-Bag rice
  • 1 Tbsp. Chinese soy sauce
  • 2 c. boneless, cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
  • 1/2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    In large frying pan, heat oil.

    Add scallions and cook over high heat for 30 seconds, stirring until wilted. Add remaining ingredients except for margarine, cooking and stirring 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

    Stir in margarine.
