- 1 c. water chestnuts
- 1 c. bamboo shoots
- 1 green onion
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 2 c. boiled shrimp
- 3 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
- 2 c. lightly browned ground beef
- 3 c. rice
- 2 Tbsp. Kikkoman stir-fry sauce
- soy sauce to taste
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Slice bell pepper, carrots and onion into thin strips.

2Chop green onion.

3Lightly brown ground beef.

4Heat wok on low heat, add 2 tablespoons oil.

5Mix ground beef, shrimp and chicken in oil and heat for approximately 2 minutes.

6Add vegetables and cook until tender, stirring constantly.
