  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1/3 c. rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. thin noodles, cooked (Ramen, spaghetti, etc.)
  • 1/2 c. cooked chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1/2 c. cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 c. steamed broccoli florets
  • 1/2 lb. snow peas, steamed
  • 1 sweet red pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. sliced cucumber

Directions

    In a small bowl, combine all the oil, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce.
