- 2 tsp. oil
- 1/3 c. rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. thin noodles, cooked (Ramen, spaghetti, etc.)
- 1/2 c. cooked chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/2 c. cooked shrimp
- 1/2 c. steamed broccoli florets
- 1/2 lb. snow peas, steamed
- 1 sweet red pepper, cut into strips
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. sliced cucumber
