  • 1 (27 oz.) kraut
  • 1 medium can Chinese vegetables
  • 1 small can bean sprouts
  • 1 small (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
  • 1 c. fresh red bell pepper
  • 1 c. fresh green bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. oil

Directions

    Pour over first mixture and cover in refrigerator for 3 days. Then put into small jars.

    Keep in refrigerator.
