- 1 c. spaghetti
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. cubed fresh pork
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can Chinese vegetables
- 1 can mushrooms
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook spaghetti until done.

2Set aside.

3In covered skillet, brown beef and pork.

4Add celery and onions; cook 30 minutes.

5Add soups, vegetables and mushrooms.

6Adjust seasonings.

7Cook 10 minutes.

8Layer spaghetti and meat mixture in casserole, 2 layers each.

9Cover with grated cheese.

10Heat in oven until cheese melts.
