- 2 lb. chicken thighs, skinned
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 medium garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; place in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Mix well the honey, soy sauce, catsup, oil, garlic and ginger; pour over chicken and bake in preheated 400° oven, basting occasionally.

2Cook 45 to 60 minutes, or until chicken is tender and the sauce is caramelized.
