Orzo Casserole

  • 1/2 lb. orzo
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cook orzo in boiling, salted water for 8 minutes.

    Drain, but don't rinse.

    Cut butter into small chunks. Put orzo and butter into a casserole dish and stir until butter melts.

    Add remaining ingredients; stir and cover.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

    Stir before serving.
