- 1/2 lb. orzo
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 1 stick butter
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook orzo in boiling, salted water for 8 minutes.

3Drain, but don't rinse.

4Cut butter into small chunks. Put orzo and butter into a casserole dish and stir until butter melts.

5Add remaining ingredients; stir and cover.

6Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

7Stir before serving.
