- 1 can apple pie filling
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 pie crusts, rolled out
Directions

1Line bottom of pie pan with 1/2 pastry.

2Mix flour, salt, cinnamon and sugars.

3Spread half of this mixture over bottom of pastry.

4Pour in can of apples.

5Pour the other half of flour and sugar mixture over apples. Dot with butter.

6Make crisscross top for the pie, using the remaining 1/2 of pastry.

7Brush with cream and sprinkle with sugar.

8Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

9Turn heat to 350° and bake 45 minutes.
