  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. Italian-flavored bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 lb. frozen white-fleshed fish fillets, cut in 1 x 4 strips
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil

Directions

    In a small bowl, combine the eggs and sour cream. Mix well. Place the bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Season the fish with the salt and pepper. Dip each fish strip into the egg mixture, then the bread crumbs, coating completely.
