- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
- salt, to taste
- 16 fluid ounces heavy cream
- 2 fluid ounces Tabasco jalapeno sauce
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 14 cup chopped fresh cilantro
