Oven Baked Spaghetti

  • 8 oz. whole wheat spaghetti, cooked
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • seasoning
  • 1 c. Gruyere cheese, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

    Grease four individual ovenproof dishes and place a quarter of the spaghetti in each one.

    Pour tomatoes over the top.

    Add the onion; sprinkle with oregano and season well.

    Arrange the sliced cheese over the top of the spaghetti mixture.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
