Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, cut in cubes
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 celery ribs, cut in pieces
- 4 medium to large potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 4 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 c. peas
Directions

1Spray Pam on Dutch oven.

2Place meat on bottom.

3Layer onion, celery, carrots and potatoes on top.

4Mix salt, sugar, tapioca and juice together and pour over vegetables.

5Cover.
-
6Bake at 250° for 4 hours, or if in hurry at 350° for 2 1/2 hours.

7Add peas 30 minutes before removing from oven.
