- 4 lb. brisket
- 1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
- 2 tsp. Tony's seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. hot barbecue
Directions

1Place brisket on heavy foil.

2Add tenderizer and seasonings. Pour vinegar and barbecue sauce over this and cover tightly in several layers of foil.

3Marinate overnight or at least 12 hours. Bake in foil at 325° for 45 minutes per pound.
